My comments were relevant. Women are disadvantaged in our society—there's no doubt about it—and the most disadvantaged women in our society are women from visible minority groups, immigrant women. So when I ask questions about diversity, about visible minorities, and about what we are doing to promote them in the teaching profession, that has a high degree of relevance.
