It doesn't apply to most employees of the federal public service, but if you worked, for example, at correctional services and you were the custodian for the prisoners within the facility, then you might experience some harassment from those for whom you are the custodian. That's the sort of employee who might be able to respond yes or no to that. Many people would say it's not applicable to them.
