Since we have quorum and we don't have a lot of time, we will get started right away.

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 63^rd meeting of the Standing Committee on the Status of Women. I would just like to point out that today is March 7, the day before International Women's Day. I thought it was worth mentioning since we are the Standing Committee on the Status of Women.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), we are continuing our study of sexual harassment in the federal workplace.

Today we have with us Sherry Lee Benson-Podolchuk.
