Our government understands that first nations are best placed to develop their own matrimonial real property laws that reflect the uniqueness of each first nation's tradition and that require only an agreement between the members of the first nation and the first nation's government.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I think you said that 23 had completed matrimonial rights, 14 were in process, and 30 were just starting. Refresh my memory about the 30.
