The best practices seem to be changing all the time. I was at the conference where Madame Champagne presented, and that's part of the excitement, to put together the Canadian.... A lot of really talented people are doing really good work across Canada. One of the things I like to do is look at the continuum of care and fill in the pieces that seem to be missing. I work in tertiary care, so I love it when I hear about prevention in the community, doing something before they need to get to tertiary care. As a therapist for children and teens working on the symptoms of eating disorders, I love the family-based therapy for outpatients in the community. It really does stop the progression.
