We're very fortunate today to have with us Carissima Mathen, who is an associate professor in the faculty of law at the University of Ottawa; Elaine Craig, who is an associate professor in the school of law at Dalhousie University; by video conference, Jennifer Koshan, who is a professor at the University of Calgary; and Ursula Hendel, who is the president of the Association of Justice Counsel.
