You spoke about the “human” aspect and how you're working also with your colleague, Lieutenant-General Carignan. Can you talk to us a bit about the human aspect and how you think that will make things a bit different or a lot more different when it comes to reporting and addressing sexual violence or harassment in the Canadian Armed Forces?
