Is there any evidence, beyond the engineering report from Dessau-Soprin, on whether those decibel levels have been measured in fact? Wouldn't it help all your cases if we were able to get some kind of national snapshot of where noise levels actually were, as opposed to what they ought to be in theory? Can anyone answer that? Do we have any collated material evidence to show what the decibel levels are across the country?
