If I understand correctly, in subsection 5.31(2), page 10 of the French version, line 32, we would add the words "Saving and accepting subsection (8)" before the words "Designated organization". Then, the subsection would read as follows:

(2) Saving and accepting subsection (8), a designated organization may exercise or perform the powers, duties and functions set out in its certificate of designation, which may be any of the following:
