No, we don't have a study in place at this point in time identifying the scope of the problem. We are aware of the problem. It has been somewhat of a jurisdictional battle as to whose responsibility it is to clean up the problem, between the provincial jurisdictions, municipal jurisdictions, and federally. We do not have a complete tally on the scope of that particular problem. It's definitely in the thousands.
