Monsieur Perras--and Monsieur Garand and Mr. MacTavish can certainly answer too--I'm referring to a letter that was addressed to the NCC back on April 26, 2004. It talks about the closing of Blanchet Beach and so on. It was brought up in a conversation a little while ago. Must I understand that this is outdated? I don't mean the letter, I mean the request.
