Do you give them certain positions in a safety chart? Could we have that information given to us, where we would understand how many of the 44,000 crossings have been brought up to a certain standard? How many of them should be brought up? Which ones represent real safety concerns? What should we be doing with the ones that may not be as serious a safety concern but still need some upgrading? Is that information available?
