Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to meeting number 11 of the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities. As our orders of the day, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), we have the study of the national public transit strategy.

Joining us today from the Université du Québec à Montréal, we have Florence Junca-Adenot, director, Forum URBA 2015.
