I was a little unclear about who had jurisdiction over it. There was little guidance on a CNG maintenance facility of the scale that we were looking at. Natural gas is available in houses and homes and the building code is quite clear, but it becomes different when you go to a large-scale maintenance facility for something like buses. It became problematic trying to determine what needed to be modified and what didn't when we were looking at retrofitting, which was one of the factors that led us to say that we were going to build a new building. But even when we look at the new building, some of the codes are not clear.
