Thank you very much.

It is going to be a pleasure to work with all of you. I am very excited to be on this committee. I think you will find me very fair to all sides, but I will be strict when I have to be.

Anyway, I would suggest, and I open it up to direction from the committee, that our first order of business should be to have a steering committee. If that's okay, the clerk will send out a notice for that for next Tuesday. We'll go from there, unless I hear from you.

Is there any other business for today?

11 a.m.

Some hon. members

No.

The Chair Conservative Larry Miller

There is one item that I am going to bring up. I've been discussing with some of you that because of the change of time for this meeting—I think earlier you met at 8:45—and because of the QP practice, which affects all parties, it's going to be my practice to try to end the meetings at about 12:45. That allows everybody to get there.

With no further ado, everybody have a good weekend. We'll see you all on Tuesday.

The meeting is adjourned.
