Two, the bill is worthy of support because it actually sets down in writing and in testimony the fact that there is an imbalance. Having that on the table is worth a lot to shippers because it means we can come back at this again if we fail this time. As Greg said, we'll come back next time. There's 2015 ahead.
Does that mean we'd be happy about it? No. But we would still support the bill. It's an important premise to have established.
