It's obviously quite a complex network with all of the different lines, etc., but I think we heard from some witnesses last week that there are groups you are dealing with that are government-associated. So, for example, there are people who are unloading your freight and they give you a particular rate for that. How many of these sorts of organizations are you interacting with that you don't control and that can have an impact your network, basically?
