I would encourage you when you go to the FCM meetings, if you have an opportunity, to sit with the officials from the City of Winnipeg or the mayor of Winnipeg. They've had great success with some of their P3s. I agree with you that they're not the answer to everything. They're not the perfect answer for every single project, but they definitely have a place. They've used them very successfully.
