It is of concern. I mean we've seen cuts in Transport Canada's budget. Again, if we make the parallel with rail, there are issues with inspectors on the ground. What the TSB came out with after Lac-MĂ©gantic is that Transport Canada will sometimes audit the SMS but will not look at whether or not it's really being effective or how it's being applied.
When you speak of auditors not being qualified, can you expand on that?
