I have one additional question I'll throw in right now. We're focusing only on class 1 railroads for this technology. Coincidentally, some of the legal action around Lac-MĂ©gantic is starting just now. Even if these provisions had been in place, the railroad in question wouldn't have had them. Given what we know about the status of the health of short-line railroads, why not have this extended to them? You can include that.
