That leads me to a question. When you do an assessment.... Does BNSF do its own assessment? Then what do you do with that, whether it is risk assessment or whatever? Who are you filing that with, or do you keep it in house? How does that work for you?
I know that, with you being from the United States, Texas, there are different rules and regulations in the U.S. than there are in Canada. How does that square off?
