My understanding, and I'm happy to be proven wrong, is that PROC has decided in terms of adding an extra vice-chair, but it hasn't been concurred in yet in the House. Obviously, if the House decides to do that, it's something we can revisit, but I believe, pursuant to the Standing Orders, that with regard to a third party, they have the ability to be the second vice-chair of the committee until such time as the rules pursuant to that are amended.
