We all know that the HFR project doesn't cost $500 million, but rather $5 billion to $10 billion. You're saying it's good news, but the Regroupement des chambres de commerce de la Mauricie as well as the mayors of Trois-Rivières and Quebec City are all disappointed with your government's announcement. Why are you the only ones who are so happy about it?
