My question is, what would be an acceptable amount of time given that trains are going to break down? Via Rail operates over thousands of kilometres of track across the country. In the corridor between Toronto and Quebec City, if you were to manage people's expectations, what would be an acceptable or reasonable expectation for an incident response time on the corridor?
