Pay equity actually hasn't been a challenge for our company. The point I was trying to get at was that small airlines like ours exist in Canada. It's not all just WestJet and Air Canada, who have huge corporate offices and a lot of resources out there; there are a lot of small operators in the north who are doing a very good job in terms of working to connect Canadians.
