The memo is essentially to you and basically in the memo it says that you were unable to draw from the current management, so you would recommend a “high-level 'outside-in' approach to developing the strategic themes/vectors” of the bank. I can give you a direct quote from the memo if you like. Well, that is a direct quote.
That high-level, outside-in approach was actually hiring McKinsey, so you did hire McKinsey at the outset to help you with this outside-in approach. Is that correct?
