Yes, it was my understanding that the discussion was on amendment BQ-5. I know there was some discussion in the last meeting about an amendment to that and I did want to propose, after some legal consultation, a subamendment.
I think that the Bloc and the NDP are on the same page here. We want to hold the government to account to ensure that the export of thermal coal they've promised to prohibit by 2030 becomes a reality, while still ensuring that the rights of workers are respected in the transition.
