What we're saying is that all the analyses required under environmental standards legislation or the Fisheries Act, for example, will be done, but more consistently and on an accelerated timeline. Ultimately, the Governor in Council will make the decision whether or not to approve a project. It's no different from how a number of other laws currently apply.
