Personally, Mr. Chair, I recommend starting with the first amendment, with all due respect to Mr. Barsalou‑Duval. If we keep an eye on the time, we should be able to gauge whether we'll have time to deal with his subamendment a bit later. That's why I recommend that we go in order, starting with the first amendment. I'm not dismissing Mr. Barsalou‑Duval's request, but I think we'll be able to consider his motion later, before midnight.
