Concerning investigations--I hesitate to call them appeals--where do you see them being triggered from? What do you see allowing them to be triggered? And are there other instances, aside from those that are frivolous or however they might be termed, where the ombudsman would not engage in an investigation? What would pre-empt an investigation? Maybe you could make a comment on each of those.
