Having an ombudsman is important, but you can't do every case on your own, so I would assume that the deputy ombudsman and director of operations plays a very important role in this. Can you please advise us of what your role is in terms of assisting the ombudsman? How would it assist, for example, a veterans ombudsman or one that National Defence has?
