I was a bit disappointed this week, after hearing the response of Minister Jean-Pierre Blackburn to a question about pensions from one of my colleagues in the House of Commons. The minister said that he had already surveyed people in the field, himself. It seems that the final report has already been prepared and that he has already made his decision based on a survey he did in a barrack. It is too bad that that was his answer, given the work we have been doing this whole time, and that he came to a completely different conclusion, based on a survey that has nothing to do with the report.
