You are correct that the overall rate was 8%. Within the way we did our analysis, we could identify some other groups. For example, the unemployment rate in 2010 for clients in the new Veterans Charter programs was about double that of the regular rate. It was about 15%. However, these are clients who are in new Veterans Charter programs, so they have virtually all of our support in terms of their participation and availability of rehabilitation programs, as well as the other transition support programs. So while the rate is higher, it is a group we are in close contact with and can provide support to.
