Yes, this committee, in its report last June, did say that the eligibility criteria for the permanent impairment allowance were too rigid. We've listened and loosened the eligibility requirements in terms of the assistance to daily living and some of the criteria factored into the qualification for this benefit. We did that as of April 1. The result will be approximately 305 new people receiving this lifetime permanent impairment allowance benefit, likely in addition to other supports they are receiving from Veterans Affairs.
