You talked about the fact that your caseworker had failed to tell you that when one set of benefits was exhausted you were entitled to extended benefits. But you also said that your caseworker went above and beyond in trying to help you. I'm wondering, is it a matter of caseworkers being harried, overworked, with not enough resources, or did you have a sense that it could be training? What was your...?
