If a worker comes to us and says they were injured in 2012 and their employer never reported it—they reported it to them and went to the hospital, but the hospital didn't...and there are gaps—then we'll send an investigator out to gather all the information.
We're not looking for false claims. That's not what investigations are for. We look for the facts of the case, and we make decisions based on what we find.
