First and foremost, this process we're undergoing right now is committee business. I think it needs to be stated that this should be in camera so we can have this conversation and hammer these things out. That said, Mr. Richards talked about the time and the delay of this monument. I think if you reached across the floor and you asked that we would disagree that this monument has taken far too long to be completed, but I think it's very disingenuous to suggest that it is entirely the current government that has caused this delay.
