Mr. Speaker, while everyone, including the Minister of Natural Resources and the Prime Minister, admits that MIL Davie was wronged by this appalling decision and that the Hibernia consortium is making a mockery of the established rules, does the government now intend to intervene directly so that justice and equity prevail?
I recall that there were two bidders. When one of them cannot fulfil the contract, usually the second one is called on. Will the government put sufficient pressure on the board of directors?
