I rise on a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Moments ago when the Chair asked for second reading of the bill I believe the bill was moved by the Minister of Health and seconded by a parliamentary secretary. Perhaps I could ask the House that the

seconder be changed to the government House leader to ensure that ministers have moved and seconded the bill.
