This country will hardly have time to recover from an inadequate budget, let alone the massive shutdown of vital rail services. The cabinet's economic policy committee has already approved proposed legislation for anti-scab legislation.
Will the Minister of Labour fight against this proposal? Will she refuse to take sides and will she find an effective, impartial means of resolving this dispute through such a mechanism as binding, final selection offer arbitration?
