The hon. member has raised an important point. If he will refer to the very long and complex decision made earlier, he will see that Motions Nos. 7, 9 and 21 will be voted on separately. That is what we are doing now. I think that if our colleagues show enough flexibility, we could now proceed with the vote on Motion No. 9 by unanimous consent.
