I was watching the member like a hawk and he did not turn any of his coins or his bills, as far as I could see from here with my fading eyesight, in the direction of the camera. It is a question of holding it up to the camera. I watched him and he was quite careful.

I know that the government will go ahead with Bill C-82 and introduce the $2 coin. We also know that the business community, which will be most affected by the introduction of this coin, would prefer to see its circulation postponed for at least a year, so it can adjust.
That is why the Bloc Quebecois will support the amendment presented by the Reform Party.

Dear colleagues, there are 16 motions in amendment on the Order Paper for the report stage of Bill C-65, an act to reorganize and dissolve certain federal agencies.
Motions Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 will be grouped for debate and voted on as follows. A vote on Motion No. 1 applies to Motions Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15, and 16. Motion No. 13 will be voted on separately.
