Mr. Speaker, I think you would find that there is agreement with the whips of the official opposition and the Reform Party that the votes on the ways and means motions be deferred until 1.15 p.m. with a 15-minute bell. Over and above ways and means Motions Nos. 10 and 12, we would also deal with the votes on third reading of Bill C-29 which originally had been deferred until later this day. They will also take place at 1.15 this afternoon.
