Please, while I am on my feet, let me take the opportunity-I do not get much exercise-to tell the hon. parliamentary secretary that interventions have to be made through the Speaker. It comes to light particularly when we discuss matters about which members hold very strong convictions. By their nature, they can be very controversial. I encourage members to make their interventions through the Chair.
