The Speaker

I called for all those who were in favour of the motion on three occasions. Not seeing anyone, I called for all those who were opposed to the motion and we voted on that.

If there are other members who are opposed to the motion, they can vote now, but the voting for those who are in favour has passed.

I declare the motion carried.
