The hon. member will know it is out of order for her to indicate either opposition to or support for a petition. In the presentation of petitions, the practices of the House require that a member state a summary of the petition and may indicate where the petitioners are from but it is not normal to indicate support for or opposition to a petition. I invite her to comply with that portion of the rules.
