Mr. Speaker, in the affidavit of November 18, 1998 by Frederick Toole, the gentleman who was there, it very clearly said that in no way anything Mr. Scott said could affect the outcome of the inquiry. Some lawyers are arguing that at this moment in front of the commission and I do not want to comment. Let the commission do its work.
