Mr. Speaker, I know you do not want to be difficult and none of us do. The way that transpired, because there had been two requests in a row from the same member, what all of us assumed here was that you had caught the member's eye, which you did. You kind of looked over and asked if there were any more and you said that was all. When you said c'est tout, I thought that was to do with that member. I did not think we were finished with that particular part of Routine Proceedings.
