Mr. Speaker, I did explain the delay yesterday and the member has explained very well my position. I would also like to say that I have never used the expression “in a timely fashion”. I have been very careful to avoid that term. I may well have used the term “in due time”. I assure him that I am looking into the response to that question and I will continue to do so.
