Because I did not read the whole thing through for you, I want you to know that the reason we did not vote on Motion No. 5 is that the only way we would have voted on Motion No. 5 is if Motions Nos. 2 and 4 had been defeated. They were not defeated. They were carried.

In case I did not make it clear, I also want you to realize that we are now voting on Motion No. 6.
